Sarah Jones is rather mesmerizing.

If by "mesmerizing" you mean "gorgeous beyond human reckoning," then I agree. Twice.

exactly.

I too am worried about the week to week. I hope that FOX will give it a chance. Ah, crap. Who am I kidding?

I swear, it's like you two are in my brain right now.

I quite liked the small reveal at the end of episode 2 - not totally unexpected, but very well done.  Hopefully they do manage to focus enough on a season/series metaplot that the show doesn't stagnate into just "villain of the week" (though some shows do quite well with that basic premise, so even that isn't totally unworkable).

The Killing Season 2 premieres on April 1st. .... I sense of note of irony there.

...and they've promised to reveal the killer this year...

Josh Friedman spy drama? YES PLEASE! (This is the dude who created the Sarah Conner Chronicles)

And there it is! Pilot order! Squee!  Grin

You can also find the show's title (The Asset), and some plot details therein.

Oh, and there's also this today (the second item, about the show "Elementary"), to which I say, "Really? Really?"

That is rather unfortunate. I've figured it out already myself and if they do not actually follow their own chain of evidence and formula then it has been a waste.

All looks good there too. ... Makes me wonder if the new de rigeur will be Holmes now as vampires were a couple of seasons ago.

It'll be interesting to see if Elementary manages what the two current UK Holmes haven't, and get Irene Adler right

The Granada TV version in the 80s got Irene Adler correct. She was the only one to ever actually best Holmes.

I will say that I found it criminal that Rachel McAdams had such a limited use in the sequel. I cannot make the statement about the current TV version ... yet. Season 1 of Sherlock is streaming on NetFlix currently and I'm finding it rather enjoyable.

Last Airbender: Legend of Korra Clips and Story Summary: Looks pretty sweet, honestly.

CW Greenlights Arrow, Carrie Diaries, and Beauty and the Beast to Pilot: As a long-time fan of the original Beauty and the Beast, I'm not sure how I feel about a remake, but who knows? Maybe they'll pull a rabbit out of that particular hat. Two B&B series, though? Is that really necessary? Ah, network execs... You guys crack me up.

Of that quartet, the only one that interests me honestly is seeing the Green Arrow one. I would like to see how they do it regardlessly whether or not Justin Hartley is involved. ... As for Beauty & The Beast, which I never watched but respected for its vibrant short run, I doubt they'll be able to match Linda Hamilton and Ron Perlman's chemistry that seemed so easy and natural. It'll be tough.

That's pretty damn cool.  Now if only they would air the second half of Community (because surely this kind of non-information and underermined-return-date is basically a death sentence for one of my favourite series).
