Bloodhound
A Bloodhound tracks down the wrongdoers and brings them to whatever justice awaits them. Some do it for the thrill and excitement, others do it for the pay. Whatever the reason when you need to locate someone a Bloodhound is always on the cards.

Core Ability
 Non-Lethal Force: You may always convert your damage to subdual without penalty.

Class Abilities
    Quarry: At Level 1, once per Adventure you may designate a single character as your Quarry. You gain a +2 bonus with all Attack and Skill checks made against this quarry.
At Level 5, you may once per session with at least 1 hour downtime change your Quarry. Further, your Quarry has his Threat Range with all Attacks and Skill checks made against you reduced by 2.
At Level 9, At the start of each scene you may designate a new Quarry.  Further, you gain a +2 bonus with all Initiative Checks, damage rolls and saving throws made against your Quarry.
    The Right Questions: At Level 2, you gain an additional Covert feat and your maximum ranks in Investigate increases to your Career Level +5.
At Level 7, you gain an additional Covert Feat and your maximum ranks in Investigate increases to your Career Level +7.
    Comb the Streets (City): At Level 3, by spending at least 1 day Downtime you may locate someone within a city by providing an accurate description. If they are no longer in the city you instead discover when they were last in the city and the destination they left for.
At Level 7, you need to only spend at least 2 hours of Downtime to locate someone.
    Investigator: At Level 4, you gain the Exceptional Skill Mastery (Investigator) feat.
At Level 8, you gain the Legendary Skill Mastery (Investigator) feat.
    Posse: You gain the Followers feat (see page 98), the NPC group consisting of Watchmen (see page 248). You may gain the Followers feat a second time later, as your character options allow.

   Promotion: At Level 8, you gain 1 Renown rank of your choice.
   Dead or Alive: At level 10, once per session, you may choose to either inflict an automatic critical hit against your quarry or an automatic critical success on an opposed skill check.

The gamebreaker looks very weak - it's about on par with some 6th level abilities.  I'd make it more like inflict an automatic critical or autowin a skill check against them/targetting them.  The rest looks pretty cool [needs more requirements though].

What was it before? I could see the no AD needed thing interacting strangely with foes with monstrous defense.

Continuously changing the OP makes it hard to follow the discussion and the evolution of the changes made. I'm making the suggestion that you post ongoing versions, whether or not you reserve the first post for your ideal version.

Since you asked for this one, this is my Bounty Hunter, it's definitely similar, though keep in mind it's actually based on another class, and so winds up significantly more combat-based (And looking at it, I think was my first Expert Class, it has several copied abilities, particularly it's core and gamebreaker):

Core Ability –
Abrasive: Once per round you may spend an action die to take a Pummel or Taunt action as a free action.

Class Abilities –
Old Moves: At Level 1, once per combat, you may make an Anticipate check as a full action, instead of the usual result you receive a bonus to attack, reflex saves, and defense equal to one-half your class level against the target for the rest of the combat.
Always Get My Man I: At Level 2, you gain Misdirection Mastery and your Heroic Renown increases by 1.
Always Get My Man II: At Level 7, you gain Misdirection Supremacy and your Heroic Renown increases by 1.
Mark I: At Level 3, once per combat, as a free action, you may designate one opponent as your mark, you may, once per round as a free action make an Anticipate check against your Mark. Also, you may make any damage conversion against your Mark you are normally capable of without a penalty to hit or damage.
Mark II: At Level 5, when you attack your Mark with any weapon, they are also targeted by a Distract, Threaten, or Tire action (your choice) with a DC equal to the attack's result. Also, your threat range with all skills targeting your mark increase by 1.
Mark III: At Level 7, any effect initiated by your Mark that would make you Fatigued or Shaken, instead does not, causing no damage, if it normally would. Also, if your Mark would flee (for any reason), you may choose to instead have them delay their action until after your next initiative.
Mark IV: At Level 9, if your Mark's initiative count is higher than yours, you may change yours to 1 higher than your Mark's. Also, once per combat, you may ignore any wound point damage dealt to you by a single attack from your Mark.
Bonus Feat: At Levels 4 and 8 you gain an additional Covert or Terrain feat.
No Time for Introductions: At Level 4, you may use your Intimidate when making Haggle/Bargain or Investigate/Canvass checks.
Master Tracker: At Level 6, as the Scout ability.
Covert Ops: At Level 8, at the start of each adventure you may choose one of your covert feats, each of your allies gains that covert feat for the rest of the adventure.
Regroup: (Shamelessly stolen from Field Analyst) At Level 10, once per adventure you may spend an hour of downtime to “reset” the adventure, making most things act as if a new adventure had just begun. This resets all abilities, triggers some, and returns all action dice (including those of the GM), prudence is immediately applied to coin which is then transferred to stashes, prizes must be accounted for, and normal income is received. However, rewards (XP, Reputation, etc) are still held until the actual end of the adventure.
