p.301 suggests the Leadership feat is equivalent to feat (Followers). However, NPCs can't have followers. Going by some of the templates as a guide, I'll suggest class feature (Captain: battle planning) instead.

Nice catch. We'll look into that.

Page 78 (Medicine), second column. There's an example for Treat Poison or Disease. Near the middle it says "Gholin makes another Assist Recovery check," but ctrl+f assures me that there is no such thing in the manual. I believe it should say "Treat Poison" as in the previous sentence.

While I'm at it I also found a minor typo on page 68. The very last sentence is missing its capital letter.

Almost missed that one: Page 98, Scroll Casting's "Benefit:" isn't in bold font.

Page 77, under Table 2.14: "...develop one that’s stimulates the players without stumping them."

I'll make a note of this for the next errata update. It's a genuine error that might cause confusion. On these other items...

The core book is an unwieldy beast and not as easily updated as the rest of the catalog, so unless we wind up hitting some critical mass of fixes it's unlikely that we'll update the PDF anytime soon. As such, noting typos for it is probably a waste of all our time.

If we approach another update, I'll put out a call for proofers and we'll comb over the whole thing at that point but as I say, that's a job, and we'd rather dedicate our resources to new projects for the time being.

Thanks though! Smiley

In case anyone is wondering how we note anything without updating the PDF, we do it strictly in the living errata document. Every so often we update that and when, as I say, it hits a critical mass, we update the PDF. (This is the case with the bigger, older products, at least - the newer, smaller ones tend to get updates quickly in the beginning and then taper off.)

We haven't really seen much errata for the core book in a while - the Second Printing took care of the vast majority of it and the rest has since been addressed in the errata doc or is pending to go in the next time we post a new version - which is why I don't see a PDF update happening soon.

Duly noted. I was editing my post as I went through character creation and planning to ask about that at the end of the night Smiley

Also the Shadow Beast has the "Evasive" feat, which I'm pretty sure is supposed to be Elusive.

Here's one for Adventure Companion. Page 121, Spirit Singer's table shows Take Heart at level 3 (which I believe is correct otherwise you'd get nothing at that level), but the description on the next page says Level 4.

Thank you for including a page reference, and good catch! We've added that to the fixes file.

p.275, the Minotaur's Gore attack lists bleed as an upgrade, when it is a quality of all Gore attacks.
