I saw X-Men: First Class tonight. On the scale of X2 <---> Wolverine Origins, it's much closer to the X2 end but still isn't quite as good. Still worth seeing if you like the series.

I'll wait to hear our the Fincher version of Girl With A Dragon Tattoo goes. Noomi Rapace will always be the best Lisbeth Salander to me. I saw the trailer over at TrailerAddict and was not as impressed as I could have been.

The Whistleblower Trailer: Rachel Weisz is a powerhouse here, but then Vanessa Redgrave hits the screen and just blows her away.

Saw X-Men 1st Class and really enjoyed it. The 60s era setting was excellent for the film. There were minor flaws and cool one off cameo that was pleasantly unexpected.

1st Class  was quite good, but i missed Singer direction, even with Vughn doing a fine job. Loved the spy feel of the movie.

The 60s spy feel was great. It was nice to see Rose Byrne in lingerie and damn I could say I throw parties like that or at least just once do it.

That was the most fun I've had at an X-Men movie, full stop. Thank you Mathew Vaughn and Co.!

Hard to pin one down, honestly. I loved the bookending, and the score was marvelous. The most surprising moments in the movie were certainly the cameos, though I think if I had to pin one moment down as the most effective I'd say the training montage. That was masterful. The opening sequence was stellar as well.
