Bane only has one line in the official trailer, and while it's hard to understand, it's not impossible IMO.

Hobbit Production Video 5: This time focusing on location shooting. The scope of their operation is amazing - vaster than anything I've ever seen on a movie set before, and operating on a logistical scale that puts even the old Stargate mobile units to shame.

Plus, the fact that Hobbiton will be a permanent tourist attraction makes me smile.  Grin
