My parents did the same thing with PBs when I was a kid.  My first memory of sci-fi TV was Tom Baker as Doctor Who and Miss Sladen as Sarah Jane Smith.  I have no words besides rest in Peace Sarah Jane, thank you for those memories Miss Sladen.

Sarah Jane was also one of my first companions (in a Doctor Who sense). We were lucky that the show was somewhat delayed in getting to NZ, so I got to see her with both the Third and Fourth Doctors.

This is the first Reaperwatch post ever that has actually made my mouth fall open. IMO that's worse that Liz Taylor.

Damn ... he also produced soundtracks or wrote music for several films not just for the ones listed above but also Witness and Mosquito Coast amongst others. He'll be missed.

That was his dad Maurice, actually, who's been dead a while now. Talented family.

Margaret, icon of K'Rd. She spent pretty much every day of the last 35+ years on the street asking for spare change and cigarettes, despite having her own small house.

It won't mean much to anyone who lives outside of New Zealand, or even Auckland, but she was something of an institution and will be missed.

Per both Fox News & CNN, it has been confirmed via DNA that it was Osama bin Ladin!
