Do methods of removing Stress Damage (e.g.: Calm (medicine), Relax (resolve)) have any effect on the Shaken condition caused by stress?

Likewise, do methods that remove the Shaken condition (e.g. Booze) have any effect on stress damage?

No, and No.

Effects that remove Stress damage have no effect on Shaken conditions because once you fail your stress saving throw, your damage reverts to 0. So there's no "damage" to heal. It'll heal the damage as long as you haven't failed your saving throw yet on the damage you have.

Same thing for the Shaken Condition only in reverse.

Noone can be stressed with a glass of mulled wine. It's a physical impossibility.

Carousing: Nothing’s better for blowing off steam and
getting a little perspective than a night out on the town. An
evening of carousing heals all accumulated stress damage and
grants Stress Resistance 4 for the current scene.

Nah, pure relaxation (that is until the bad guy kidnaps or kills her)!
