In terms of Origin construction, what would a boost to as character's error range/opponent's threat range on a skill check be worth?

Adjusting the starting lead by 1 in a dramatic conflict in the opponet's favour is something I initially costed at 0.5, but given abilities  like the legendary ork's ability to win a dramcon with the lead at 3 or less, that would intersect with this penalty to potentially end the conflict before it started (as dramcons have an initial lead of 4 - 6).
