Be safe, everyone and make sure you max out on your food mods tomorrow (do I really have to tell gamers that? lol)!

No Thanksgiving Day here, but I did do something special and have an Ostrich burger for lunch. It's not tyrptophan-tastic like Turkey is, but it was something different.

No Thanksgiving Day here,

Or back in Merry Ole England.  Smiley

And in honor of the holiday, you really ought to go listen to Alice's Restaurant. Like from here.

Day 1 of my Thanksgiving extravaganza was a wild success. Steve's back in town and we had Portillo's takeout prepared homestyle - sausages and italian beef with spicy peppers on french rolls, with crinkle cut fries on the side. Yum!

Tomorrow we're having schnitzel and apple crisp (if you haven't noticed, we don't always go traditional with our holidays meals) and playing Scene It! Over the weekend we're catching Deathly Hallows Part 1, hitting a couple game stores, and meeting up with Steve's boss's kid, who's apparently a major gamer. Should be a fun weekend!

Then it's off to northern California for a few weeks, where I'll enjoy some time in San Fran, catch Tron: Legacy in 3D, and hunker down for some serious writing, editing, and layout. Wink

Now that is my idea of a Thanksgiving Holiday.

Hope everyone has a great holiday.

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!  Cheesy

For some reason, it's a family tradition to have a huge meal of pork chops on Thanksgiving. Danged if I know why, but I'm observing it ....

Yeah? Link?

Yup. IMAX 3D is being promoted everywhere in the current ads. I'm not sure we'll do IMAX yet, though I'll be lobbying for it, I think. Definitely doing 3D regardless.

Neat - let us know what it's like.  99% of all 3D movies give me migranes to the point that I'm on the verge of physical unwellness, so I'll probably catch it at my local IMAX in 2D if they have it, or Gold Class if they don't.

I actually had to introduce my sister and some friends to the original, and afterwards everyone sorta went "Wow, Chuck makes so much more sense now".

Yhea, the whole 3D fad is getting damn annoying.
Is the new 3D really that good? I'm getting to the point of not going to any 3D just cause it's annoying as hell to see everything up to "Love Bug 9, Hurbie Does 3D!" now. =/
