Many-armed is one of my favorite feats for weapon users (soldiers and martial artist) these days. It lets you integrate multiple melee tree feats into a harmonious and deadly whole.

The three shield feats (basics, mastery and supremacy) are good for a sword and board fighter, but deadly in the hands of someone who can carry two tower shields and has the two weapon guard feat (+10 to defense), while wielding a battering ram (best melee weapon in the book) and two flails (for that nice possible +6 to hit and damage with flail mastery).

An unborn with custom construction (hulking frame), two headed and many armed can do all the above, and attack with two weapon fighting, without any penalty. Of course you look like a freak, but I think thats par the course for many unborn.

The thing that made me smile:

1.) Hmm, this character is probably going to have very poor social skills.
2.) Well, a few levels of captain and a personal lieutenant will solve that.
3.) Hey, if I took the custom construction (hollow frame) feat, the PL could ride inside this character and attack from there (not really but just thinking) like a great mech suit of war...
4.) I could make a setting out of this...

Instances of Guard no longer stack as of the second printing, precisely for this reason.

Except for the basic combat feat two weapon guard which turns one instance of guard into an insight bonus as per the adventure companion. So you can do this with two tower shields, but not more.

Also allows you to roll twice on shield block. 'rockin.

Of course, a build requiring five feats plus your starting multiple species feats (& stats hit) would take until level 12 to get the juice out of without bonus feats or the Fast Feats campaign quality, so you may want to consider levels in Soldier or Martial Artist as well.  And much as I like the battering ram, iirc the Heavy quality is pretty limiting, so you may not get to use it that often.

Well, if you're going whole hog you might as well spend an additional 3 feats to get Siege Supremacy's stance which lets you ignore the Heavy quality...

All true, all true. The battering ram is for when enemies decide to crowd around you to take advantage of your lumbering quality. Also, it can make people flat footed with its massive quality, which is good for a free whack with a flail. (Also for that half action after you've used two weapon fighting, thats a good time to swing in with a battering ram if you can).

This build (if I decided to make it) would probably be soldier most of the way (maybe one level of captain to leverage the personal lieutenant and free basic combat feats). By level 5, he can pull the shield tree/ two weapon guard shenanigans, and then from that point on you can start building the damage portions of the build (I recommend the flail tree, maybe the spear tree to leverage the good athletics stat, with enlightened skill, that this character would have, and possibly the siege tree as Alex has very helpfully pointed out).

I can't wait to test and play an ogrun in the Iron Kingdoms setting using a full heavy canon as a gun thanks to that awesome stance. With a cigare, of course.
