We neglected to mention in the original post (though it's there now) that we'll have pre-release copies of the book IN PRINT at NeonCon this weekend. Hope to see you there!

I have work I absolutely have to do tonight, and a stinking cold... so I'm going to have to put off buying this until at least tomorrow.  Which means the rest of you can enjoy your new materials with a dash of Shadenfreude, if you like ;-)

Which page is the extra page, if I might ask?

Edit: Just found it, thanks Doublebond.

It's after the licences at the end of the book.

Random thoughts reading:

Lots of familiar stuff from OotS and PMP.

Lots of fresh stuff too, though. I like the Saurian, Drake (Goldscale!) and Ogre (Yeti!) feats.

I was actually tipped back on my heels a bit by the "Hero of" feats. Wowza. Betcha both my group's courtier and swashbuckler dip into that.

For Fulminarius specialty, I question the utility of Notice as an origin skill, seeing how every class in the FC book has notice as a class skill.

Jester Specialty! Now I can make Hubert Hawkins! (As a side note, the Real Giacamo is a cinch as a Jester Assassin.)

Edit: One question about Custom Construction - can an Unborn use the Special rule to repurchase the same feat and choose a different option? Example: An Unborn named Trojan takes the feat and chooses the Hulking Frame option, then drops his Dexterity by 2 and takes the feat again, this time choosing Hollow Frame.

No, since it does not say you can take this feat multiple times Smiley

Yeah, I noticed the 'multiple times' wording on another feat. I guess I'll have to come up with some other way to make a surprise Pech delivery system.

Well after reading through the book a couple times today and discussing it with my gaming group we love it as an addition to the fantasy craft collection.  I love how with all these species feats now my world I am brewing for a game I will be running probably early January will be populated quite nicely with lots of diversity! Then all I will need is spellbound to come out to put final touches on the magic of the world and I will be ready to roll.
