Hello all...

When a Sgae reach level 4 he gains CROSS-TRAINING...

Does he gain ALL the abilities under a specific class cross-training (ex: Burglar has: "Very, very sneaky", Evasion I, Bonus Feat and Uncanny Dodge I) or only one of the abilities listed under one of the class?

Just one of the abilities. It's cool like that, lets you cherry-pick and choose the options that you want.

I thought it was just one but now I'm unsure.

Hmm. Synchronicity: I've just had a problem creating a Sage @ 6th level. If I take crosstraining:subtle and quick to anger what is my casting level? Say I take SAQTA at 4th at 7th is my casting level 0,1 or (6-4)2?

Not quite. This is covered in the paragraphs following the listing:
"When a cross-trained ability uses Class or Caster Level to determine its effect, it is considered to be 4."

Casting level may be 4 but he does not get Circle of Power IV. But he does get the 1st level Class Ability from the Mage Base Class and his 0 level spells come off as if he were a 4th level caster.

To complicate matters, Sages don't gain Spell Points.
Fortunately, you don't need Spell Points to cast 0 level spells because you don't have any.

Just one. Letting a single class ability from the sage grant 4 class abilities from any other class would be insanely broken.
