Feat chains are named so that they show up together and in order when a list is alphabetized.  That's why they use Basics/Mastery,/Supremacy.

For example: If Charging Basics, Charging Mastery and Charging Supremacy are in an alphabetized list of feats, they will show up up together and in the correct order for the chain.

Uh... ok. I don't understand why but trust me, it'd be pointless trying to explain to me in my current menal state.

I think what he was meaning was that the three names aren't in alphabetical order, unlike Basic/Mastery/Supremacy.

I'm starting a website for playing Planescape with Fantasy Craft so I'm interested to see if there are any fans out there that would like to contribute. The more of us playtest it, the better product it will turn out in the end.
Right now I'm in the R&D phase and plan on start writing around March-April.

Faction War... I kinda plan not to ignore it. I consider it an interesting challenge from writer's perspective (in fact) and plan on doing 2 mega-adventures which will involve their return to Sigil with PCs help of course. IIRC, this was the original idea behind Faction War before the setting was canned.
