Seems to be loads of inderviual gun stats, yet Vehicles just get generic ones, would it not be a bad thing to address this? Also a subtlety stat would be nice please! Smiley

Vehicle makers are fantastically more sensitive to the depiction and portrayal of their creations than gun makers (check the end credits of the Transformers film - all the hero vehicles used are listed as the IP of their manufacturers, but you'll never see saying that the M-16 is copyright to Colt or that the P-90 is the spawn of Fabrique Nationale).

To that end, you can only really list mechanics for vehicle type rather than individual makes and models to avoid them getting pissy.

Let's not forget that this movie was one helluva marketing stunt for the companies providing the cars.

And the fact that many racing games did not have decent collision damage modelling (i.e. if you hit something, you would dent the car and so on) because the companies were concerned it would reflect poorly on the quality of their cars or something. So the next time you play a racing game and you backend a car, and it does nothing whatsoever to the car, it's not necessarily the developers being lazy.

I think that the problem stems more from the fact that vehicles change more often.  We get hundreds of new models every year.  Weapons have remained fairly static.  Any list of vehicles would become outdated by the time it was created.  It is much better to go with generalities and let you put the name to the vehicle.

Additionaly you can modify the stats a bit to represent a specific model.
