CTU? (24 RolePlaying)
Burn Notice? (Or is this more 10KB?)
La Femme Nikita? (Movie and Show)
Alias? (No meta-plot Rennisance inventors please. Unless you really want to.)

I would say likely yes to all of the above with some minor caveats. In the case of CTU, the thematic focus of SC3 currently is on espionage rather than counterterrorism (which tends to be far more military in scope). But can you build Jack Bauer in SC3, with an agency that can support him in operations in a fashion similar to CTU? Absolutely.

Burn Notice, despite the core theme of an agent without an agency, would be a "freelance" campaign, and the issue of spies on their own is simply too big a topic for us to ignore, with at least a basic look in the core game and something more in-depth later if necessary.

To clarify, that's the focus in the core book. Counter-terror will come along again separately, later.

I guess the same statement applies to the Human Target ??

HT definitely also falls in the freelancer game. Don't worry - we'll have both those covered.

On a slightly similar note: Say I have never even seen a SC book, have but have never run the old SG1 game, I have FC, and I'm following the Mastercraft SG1 threads while I'm thinking of running SG1 one day...
While I expect to still have to do a bit of work and I know SF is not the focus what will SC3 offer that might be of use?
The obvious is modern weapons anything else...

Magic 8-Ball says, "Not enough information. Ask again later."

On a less flip note, you're actually the only person who'll be able to answer this question for your game. All I can say is we're not aiming for sci-fi (at all) here, and leave the rest to your desire to adapt.

Bourne Identity? (mid- to high- level "Hunted" campaign)
(For this idea I'm thinking a small group of agents that were black-listed and given a memory wipe by drugs or more esoteric means, then brought together by an external threat or source to find the group trying to finish the job.)

And would a Black Lagoon (anime) game fall squarely into 10BK territory? (with "cinamatic" qualities cranked to eleven, of course.)

That should be perfectly doable with the base game.

you need to go out and watch this anime pronto then. i'm not the biggest anime fan to much silly stuff in there for me, but stuff like Bebop, Ghost in the Shell, Vexille, Appleseed, is the stuff I tend to like and Black Lagoon fits right in there with that stuff.

it's about a freelance mercs who smuggle things in/out/around southeast asia. good stuff not a lot of the silly, which is a plus for me I can't watch trigun b/c of the silly. it's an adult cartoon b/c of the language and violence.
