Back in the day we use to use something similar to this it was actually much smaller I will have to see if I can find the actual model that we actually had as it had a clear plastic throat mic that was much easier to hide.

The Gadget pick is strictly for the Mechanism. In an Agency game, this is usually not that big of an issue. However, if your team is a bunch of freelancers brought together for a job like in Ronin then it is more difficult in game to accomplish. I have a feeling you are running an Agency game so it should not be an issue.

Bond never worries about it and just wants it explained. Essentially, Bond has his Gadget picks expended for him by MI6.
