I'm waiting to see if anyone else drops, if I don't get 3/5 of the old players back on board, I'll reboot to the beginning.
Though characters are 3rd level either way.
Faction (Brotherhood of Steel), Mercenary (basic combat feats), Strange Providence (chance feats), Modular (limited to 1 feat/2 attribute points).
As a note: Missions will usually be Caliber I-III, IV & V are limited to really climatic missiosn, so don't build characters that rely on the big gear, unless your willing to really pump your possessions.
No-none humans at this point, though once you've hit certain targets they'll become available. Test-subject is allowed and represents relatively normal minor mutations
Finally Lifestyle is replaced by rank, which is similar except -
vehicles are irrelevant,
Homes are replaced by Quarters (not going to detail especially, I'll look into it if it becomes relevant, as a guide 1/4 all the number of people - rd up).
Appearance is maintained but applies to Intimidate, Networking, Profession & Tactics checks & is presumed to be a combination of personal presence and training (so does apply even when not dressed appropriately etc).
Finally (again), keep an eye on the wiki, as I'm going to be updating it with my notes over the course of this week.
EDIT: To add more to a bloated post - Rank will also affect who's actions get priority in case of a group disagreement.
