There have been a few. Let me think...

Jack "Chases Neon Lights" - A friend's Werewolf: The Apocalypse character

Abi Mi - "I be me"  A friend's character from a Fading Suns game

Gastu the Windbreaker - My friend's weather mage from a GURPS game

There's lots more, but I don't remember them right now. I'll add them as I think of them.

India Summer. Yes, it's a porn star name and an obvious pun, but it's actually a very nice sounding name (and even while sounding exotic still manage to sound ever so slightly British)

Sean "Pats" Kling - friend's halfling rogue, think Sean Connery.

Tanin Woodhand - friend's dwarf tank, usually referred to as puupää (woodhead).

Back in my early days of playing, a friend had a dwarf named Duracel the Eveready (I don't know if you get them in other countries but Duracel is a brand of batteries).

Studus Maximus. Wasn't my character specifically, but it's one I remember. When he died, the player brought in his brother, Studus Bruticus.

The GM for a Shadowrun game I played in many years ago used to often have us meet characters whose initials were CPD (e.g. Charles Poindexter) aka Convenient Plot Device.

It took a whole two sessions for this to become a joke.

I had a friend name his character "Evil" once, he was an Assamite in a Dark Age Vampire game.

We kinda stopped letting him come up with his own names after that.
