Sounds fine, although Argan is untrained in Haggle, so won't be much help there.

Finally updating him now, btw, and continuing in Assassin (Quick On Your Feet being a beautiful, beautiful ability in combination with his racial one).

Shyla has a +4 for Haggle, so the best I can do is help. I think Eloise was one of our main Hagglers, right?

Other than that, I think I'm one of the sole sources of a high (currently at a +8) Prestidigitation in the group, or at least someone with a less than honest background so I'll opt for those Masterwork Thieves Tools. Beyond that, I'll just take a share as normal.

I'm toying with picking up a rank of Heroic renown.

Teo can cast Read Magic to ID the scroll.

Most of Teo's advancement is done. I need to clean up some details.

I've spent 30 reputation to buy 1 rank of Heroic Renown. I wish to substitute Watchman for the book title Swordsman.

Has my "reward" for the hunt been sent to Stake, or do I still have it in full?

After action note: I forgot my Heroism ability (not to be confused with Heroism I) which gives +1 to attack and skill checks during dramatic scenes. I'll try not to forget again.

For simplicity, you still have all the silver you got from various things. We'll apply Prudence after downtime is done.

The scroll is Tinker II. The gems and scrap will require a Knowledge check with a bonus from Haggle. The potions can be identified by the Identify spell, a Knowledge check with synergy from Crafting (Chemistry). Also, you know, there might be some magical stuff in that pile. Just saying.

Coins, silver dust, gold dust, etc. (763 silver)
A scroll containing Tinker II.
A corundum.
A malachite.
Scrap metal (Goblin gear).
A journal from Tsuto
A Superior Longbow.
A fine pair of boots.
A golden ring with intricate engraving.
A Masterwork Thieves Tool Kit.
4 potions with identical markings on the bottles.

He can use that in place of Haggle for synergy to value the scrap metal.

With Circle of Power I, I now have Detect Magic available.

Should I add that to Teo's SOP?

The boots and ring are magical. The engravings on the ring are Thassilonian, the same patterns that Varissian sorcerers call idolis or the school of the Conjurer. The boots are soft dark kidskin, but otherwise unremarkable.

The Identify spell or Identify checks will reveal what they do.

Teo does Identify checks on the ring (first) and the boots.

1d20+9=10, 1d20+9=23

Probably have the boots figured out, and the ring is probably still confusing. Hold, it looks like an error on the ring. With a critical failure, I'm stumped and can't try again until a later scene (downtime?).

I'd like to be part of the interrogation, if only to use Sense Motive, but it looks like I'll be busy with Identifying magic items.

Yes, add Detect Magic to my SOP.

Argan would also like to observe the interrogation, just because it would be in character to do so.  Are all of our characters going to have a chance to read Tsuto's journal?

Yes, add Detect Magic to my SOP.

Two spends 8 hours and can't make heads or tails of the ring. I'm not activating the critical failure, yet. The boots will take twenty hours, but he determines the following:

Upon more careful examination, Teo finds subtle, faint black on black embroidery covering the books lining. After some research and investigation, he's able to discern the name Alika the Cat in the embroidery. From what he can tell, she was a Varissian thief who achieved a certain amount of notoriety in Riddleport a century ago and was famed for her skill at stealth and her acrobatics. Her boots contain the Feat (Basic Skill Mastery - Robber) Essence.

Teo can try again with a +2 error on the ring. Or someone else can try.

Oh, totally up for Ameiko as a contact. I'm assuming that would constitute a Prize?

Thats sort of up to you guys, but I have no reason you couldn't look at it.
