Argan had hastened down with a bag full of potions he'd had brewed specially... but seeing the stones handed out, he feels a little chastened at the waste.  He still waves the bag around to the others on the way down:

"Since it's going to be dark and gloomy beyond the range of these stones, our eyes might benefit from a little assistance.  Anyone want one?  The vendor promised these would allow us to see much further in the darka and the gloom, and that they'd be good for an hour."  He proceeds to pull one out and drink it meanwhile, and the distant tunnels come into sharper relief almost immediately.

After anyone that wants one has taken theirs, he'll put the bag away and take a stone from Teo as back-up, drawing his sword with the other hand, then stands by Paiter and Eloise in a protective fashion, with a nodded "my lady".

"My thanks, sir," Haldar says as he accepts a potion from Argan.  "I'd rather not carry a light source."  He quaffs the potion, a small smile crossing his face as his vision improves in the dim light.

Paiter turns to the big man "Mind if I take one for later? For when things are at their darkest perhaps?"

Spending time with Ameiko has meant that Divia has been around only sporadically, which of course means she managed to miss Shayla's little confessional and the dramas that unfolded there. Which all told is probably a good thing.

The morning of the delve, Ameiko and Annie accompany her and those who reside in the Dragon to the Glassworks where they meet Paiter and Weox. The giant and the half-elf regard each other, the tension between them still noticeable. She'd still really rather not have anything to do with him, but it can't be helped and at least he won't be going with them.

Down in the cellars, she gives Annie a big hug. "You be a good girl for Ameiko, okay?" she orders. "Stay close to her."

"I will," the little girl nods solemnly.

Then Divia gives Ameiko a hug as well, holding her tight. "Same goes for you."

"Just you come back in one piece."

"I've got two very good reasons to."

Divia reaches into her pack and pulls out a roll of parchment and a charcoal stick. "We need a map," she says to the others. "Measured off in steps so we have some idea where it runs underneath the town." After handing them off to whomever it is gets stuck with map duty, she nocks one of her new arrows to her bow and taking a final look at the two most important people in her life, steps into the tunnel.

The smile on Shyla's face as the pirate follows her in doesn't go unnoticed. "What's got you in such a good mood?" the half-elf asks.

"You know," comes the answer, as though it's the most obvious answer. Divia just nods like she understands, then gets the pirate to walk a couple of paces behind her so the glow stone doesn't foul her perception of the gloom.

When the reach the broken wall, Divia casts around for signs of passage. "Probably, she answers. "I want to check the other tunnels and see where they head before we go beyond the wall; last thing we want is someone or something sneaking up our arses."

While the other's busy themselves Paiter looks thoughtful. "If we hid the glowing stones and used the potions they might not see us coming so easily. What do you think?"

Mandy sniffs around. He grows slightly, what Teo's come to think of as meaning goblins at the north passage, although he really seems to dislike whatever is to the east.

Divia notices that there seems to be more traffic to and from the south, with very little to the east and almost nothing to the west.

All of the tunnels run past your light sources, even with the darkvision potions.

"So,"Alden begins thoughtfully ," should we continue as one group or split up and search each tunnel?"

"We should check the north first; it's seen the most use and is probably how Tsuto got his little friends into town without anyone noticing,"

"Half of tactics is having more swords ready when you meet the other crew" interjects Paiter "I'm for staying as one group and heading North"

You all head on to the north.  I'll bring up the rear and keep an eye out for anyone attempting to follow us.

Shyla looks to Divia, "Lead on."

She turns back to the group, "If anyone has some chalk, mark the northward tunnel wall." as a 'we've gone this way' precaution.

The northern tunnel runs another eight hundred feet (for a total of about 1700 feet) north north east and comes to a dead end.
