Wounds. Where do you get more?

I was looking through the book and I could not find anything about wounds increasing with levels. So am I to assume that Vitality increases with levels but wounds only increases when a character's con score goes up/they buy specific feats?

Yes, your assumption is correct. Vitality goes up (like Hit Points) with level. Wounds generally don't (barring exceptions like origin abilities or stat-boosting).
