I just picked up almost all the 1.0 system. It uses AD&D 3.0 to make characters. Will this system also need AD&D D20 to make characters? Thanks.

Spycraft 1.0 was the last time that of the Spycraft required anything from WOTC. FantasyCraft and Spycraft 2.0 plus any of their supplememnts to NOT require anything fromWOTC either.
