In building Alignments for our campaign, I came up with a problem for our god of death.
We were enamored with the Buddhist tradition of burial, which historically included circuit walking monks carrying shovels with them in case they had to offer a proper burial to a wayward traveller who died on his lonesome. The fact that the shovel eventually evolved into a martial arts weapon conjured to our mind an order of monastic undertakers/zombie hunters. Which is awesome.
The problem is that the powers provided by the Death Path work against the idea of a god which actively dislikes the undead (without some serious moral wrangling). I would love to hear some suggestions for new path powers for an undead-hatin' god of death.
I'm a little wary of making them all undead-murdering powers, because I don't want these monks to miss out simply because there are no zombies to perforate.

Step 1: Deathwatch at-will is good for telling undead from the average joes, and stays in.
Step 2: I got nothing.
Step 3: Speak with Dead is excellent and stays in.
Step 4: The ability to crit on undead stays from Death, but I'd like something beyond that.
Step 5: Got nothing.

You could add in some more spells and maybe the ability to Turn Undead. You could also play up the shovel aspect a little more, granting an Attack Trick usable with them.

Step I: The damage bonus could be against Undead, and Outsiders (and maybe Horrors) who participate in perverting death which sounds thematically appropriate for "defenders of peaceful death".
Step II: There's nothing wrong with people who don't like Undead being able to exert their will over them, so Dominate is fine.  For the other spell Consecrate is a logical choice, or maybe something like Righteous Aura for that "badass with magic" look.
Step III: Either Glyph of Protection I or Prayer are logical replacements for Animate Undead.
Step IV: In this particular instance no spell jumps out at me.  Maybe Light's Grace.
Step V: Again, Dominate Undead is fine.  For the other Purge sounds lovely.
