[Request] New York Based Fallout Campaign?

I would have loved to play in this. But I already have too many games. 

The Auld Grump, I wanna play a ghoul, dammit.

Ghoul:

Upside=
Immune to Radiation
Downside=
-20 to Charisma

I liked playing Fallout 3 with the Ghoul mask, I imagined I was a ghoul, and that I killed Feral Ghoul for a living since they dont retaliate. The Glowing Ones are cool though.

I would love to play in this if there is still room.  One thing though:  I've never played SpyCraft 2.0 (only version 1 and other d20 games including Modern and D&D).
