...having Ben Foster is saying something as he has yet to make bad choice on film roles...

What about X-Men 3 where he spent more time flying from San Francisco to New York and back again than anything else.

Franchise film with the potential for when the reboot happens with X-Men: First Class. But I'm not sure he made the cut.

The helmet looks a little big -- and I think the helmets from the 95 movie were better -- but it looks like it could be interesting.

I 'll have to wait for the final product to have a say but it looks like you have a point so far.
Design-wise the first film was good..its just so awful as a whole that we tend to forget that..With the right direction script etc Stallone could have been the perfect Judge...
But as with the Nolans films..I can stand with someone not looking perfect for the part(Bale)when the script is faithful and awesome

'95 Dredd made me so so sad. I hope this one's good (or at least good enough), so that they can make the sequel with Judge Death that's been screaming to get made since the 1980s.

Am I the only person who enjoyed that movie? I mean, it had Hammerstein and Mean in it.

Ok, so the flying Lawmasters were dumb, and i've never liked Hershey, but hey, it could have been a LOT worse...

Of course, i'd rather see Rogue Trooper or - heaven forbid - Glimmer Rats in celluloid.

I enjoyed it, but there's only so much Rob Schneider I can take at one time.

Wouldn't that be a little too close to Avatar where the Marines are blue? Tongue

Yeah, but if they do it right, there's only one G.I. - everyone else is window-dressing. As a character, Rogue is awesome. I don't know why they dreamed up Friday and that female G.I.

The setting of Nu-Earth is just an awesome idea. I always wondered as a kid why they bothered continuing to fight over it, after they ruining it so conclusively.

There's enjoyment to be had from the the '95 film.
The visuals are spot on and Stallone is actually competent enough to pull off a decent Dredd. It's just the story was dire.

That said I've never been the biggest fan of Dredd, mostly just stuff to read when other people in my group had finished with them.
