Tron is pure awesome.

If you can tolerate it and afford it, IMAX 3D is the way to go.

With the kids at my mom's this week, the wife and I are going to pull a Jeff Bridges Double Feature on Thursday with Tron: Legacy in the afternoon and going back to watch "True Grit" with some of her family that evening.

I'm also going to have her watch the original "Tron" and "The Big Lebowski" (both of which she's never seen.)

Terry Gilliam is set to produced a retro sci-fi fantasy film set in the world of Steampunk called 1884.

Well it does not look like that old GDW RPG 1884 is part of the source material. It will certainly be interesting to check out when it is released.

Olivia Wilde got married when she was 19 on a lark to her husband, an Italian Prince, Tao Ruspoli.

Son of a prince. His older half-brother inherited the title.

I haven't seen anymore mention this so far: Darren Aronofsky will direct The Wolverine.

I really enjoyed his other films, and am looking forward to the release of The Black Swan down here too, so in my opinion him as director is a pretty damn good thing.  I just hope he's a fan of the books the story is adapted from, or at least X-Men in general so he doesn't phone it in.

Let's hope so ... or get a different director like Halloran (Narc, A-Team) as the director.

According to the early word, it's almost going to be a reboot/alternate telling, with the story is going to focus on Wolverine's time in Japan.

Or probably Madripoor and the Yoshida Yakuza Family in Japan where he fell in love with Mariko Yoshida so her father would send waves of assassins after him. This means the Silver Samurai may make an appearance.
