I think I know what the answer to this question will be, but I figured I would ask anyway.

Assume you are still using the Iconic Class rule and were creating a Specialty geared for a specific species and iconic class combination.  Could the abilities granted by the Specialty be considered a lower cost than usual if altered to affect only the Iconic classes?

e.g.  Sharp Mind has a build costs of 2 points. Could/would you get away with Iconic Sharp Mind (Sharp Mind benefits but only when taking a level in an iconic class) at say 1.5 or even 1 build point?
