I believe he died a long time ago, like in the late 90's or early 2000's. He was an amazing artist.

i thought so, my mom is a big wizard of oz fan and she was sad when he died. she loved his version of somewhere over the rainbow.

Cracked came up with 13 deaths (mostly) ignored throughout the year. We got some of them here, but I don't recall the death of Cinderella or the Munchkin Coroner.
