Being a big fan of mobile fighting, I just love SC's Mobile Offense feat. I really would like to see something like this in FC, but maybe even easier to access. What would you think of such an advanced trick?

Mobile Offense - Standard Move Trick
Once per round, at any time during this Standard Move, the character may make a free attack.

So, does it require a drawback? What about an attack or damage penalty then? Does it make Charge Basics redundant? Thank you for your advice.

Making the character flat-footed at the end of the Initiative Count after a miss would probably be fine, but I'm not sure.  Some of the characters get really accurate after a few levels.

On the other hand, It would make it pretty good during surprise rounds, since it would help melee characters during an ambush, when they would normally have to move before attacking with their only half action.

And combined with Mobility Basics (if I've remembered that correctly, book not to hand), you've a complete replacement. The Lancer in my game is picking up the pair asap.
