Ok, please state which weapons you have readied, and be specific. Here's what we have so far:

Gillion: short sword
Brannadan: shield
Hatholdir: sword and shield

Sword and shield. Not carrying a torch, so no reason not to have both readied.

Fist and Fist.

I'll stow the torch(es) I borrowed (stole) from the Dwarf or lash the lantern to my belt until I need them.

So:

Gillion: short sword
Brannadan: sword and shield
Hatholdir: sword and shield
Bella: short sword
Gorbo: nothing (unarmed)
Dren: daggers
Kyan: Axe
Erkenwulf: ?

Just waiting on Wolvie, and we'll get on with the next piece of narrative. If he doesn't respond soonish, i'll assume he has his sword in hand.

Sorry, was sleeping Tongue

Erk has left his family lance with a trusted Dwarf, so he'll be packing his sword and shield.

...but in front of the hobbits.

Hey!  Damn big folk keep getting in the way.  I try to hang out 5 to 10 feet behind the front so I am in a position to move into a flank.  Barring that, I'll hang out with Dren, my sneak attack buddy.
