The Millennium Falcon, the Serenity, the mobile home from Ben 10, arguably even the Batmobile or the General Lee...

They're Holdings.

I would be tempted to call the General Lee an Vehicular Companion, but Serenity and the Millennium Falcon sure qualify.  (Let's not get into the value necessary to make them economically viable.  They run on rule of cool.)

If you can make an everyday living in/on them, they qualify as a holding.

I've always been a huge fan of the space ships as PCs approach. At least in theory, it probably sucks in practice.

This one's pretty good, too. Smiley

The table only goes to 12, but I would say 15.

Unless you let the players make a combined purchase of one massive Holding.

This is basically what I would assume in a case like a good-sized ship like the Falcon or Serenity.

Neither the Millennium  Falcon or Serenity is a large ship.  In maximum guest terms they would be a three on the chart.  The Millennium  Falcon has the max reputation investment, Serenity not as much.  It may also be worth mentioning the time gap between when Booster acquired the Errant Venture and when it started being useful/making money.  That did take some time.

See I would say that the Millenium is at least a 5 on the table. Its not a star cruiser, but its no X-wing either. It can house around 10-14 (2-4 crew, 2 gunners and ~6 passengers), not counting the smuggling holds that can house people (uncomfortably), and a cargo capacity of about 100 metric tons (220,460 lbs and 30 cubic meters). Its about 35 meters or 114 ft. long and about the same width.

Serenity is even larger, rating in at about 269' long, 170' wide and 78' high. Maximum payload of 164,900 lbs. and sized for 5 crew cabins and 18 passengers (2 per passenger dorm) and that doesn't count the space for 2 attached shuttles, the galley, med center, etc.

To me, they both say at least size 5 to me since your average 'cottage or fishing boat' in a fantasy setting terms is only 2-4 people and not much storage. I might go 4 for Falcon and 5 for Serenity.

Don't forget the Rooms! Serenity definitely has a Kitchen, a Workshop (Medicine), an Armory, and Stables  Wink.
Inara's shuttle (which would be her own personal Holding) would have a Dressing Room, and what could loosely be called a Throne Room.

Aye, see I see Inara's Shuttle as a 3 on the list. Hell the thing is bigger than the cabins we stay in each year on our camping trips.  Grin

Well, we know from "Out of Gas" that the shuttle fits four, though Inara rarely has more than one other person in there with her... Scale 2 seems to work well for it.
