Here are a bunch of feats inspired by the good Dr. Pym. Note that these are brain to paper, there may be balance issues (particularly if taken by Large races...)

Sizeshifting Basics
You've developed the amazing ability to shrink!
Benefit: Your attacks ignore Size bonuses to Defense. Also, you gain a stance.
Ant Sized (Stance): Your size is reduced by up to 5 size categories. Your Wounds do not change, but you gain your new size's bonuses to Defense, and your Reach decreases by a like amount (minimum 1). Your speed is reduced by 5ft per size category you shrink. Your Footprint is also reduced accordingly.
You may choose to decrease your starting action dice by 1 to make it so you grow insect-like wings while you are Fine or smaller. If you do, you gain a flying speed of 30ft at that size. The wings disappear when your size becomes larger than Fine, and reappear when you become Fine or smaller again.

Sizeshifting Mastery
You can grow to towering heights!
     Prerequisites: Sizeshifting Basics
Benefit: You ignore Size penalties to Defense. Also, you gain a stance.
Giant Sized (Stance): Your size is increased by up to 2 size categories. Your Wounds do not change, but you gain your new size's bonuses to Defense, and your Reach increases by 1 for each size category above Medium your new size is. Your speed is increased by 5ft per size category you grow. Your Footprint is also increased accordingly.

Sizeshifting Supremacy
You have truely mastered the arts of size changing.
     Prerequisites: Sizeshifting Mastery
Benefit: When you enter a stance granted by a Sizeshifting feat, all worn and carried equipment (up to your maximum load) changes size with you. It returns to its normal size if it leaves your space for one round. Further, entering a stance granted by a Sizeshifting feat is a free action for you.

Part of me wants to split it off into two trees (Shrinking and Growing), but another part of me says it's better this way. Also, the wing growth needs to be reworded. It would definitely be a benefit for the second feat in the Shrinking chain were I to split them off. Thoughts?

Might be worth spliting into two Trees.  That way you can cover Supers who can only shrink (Eg Shrinking Violet from Legion of Superheroes) or grow to giant size (Eg Colossal Boy from LSH).

An additional Trick or Feat or Manuever for shrinkers might be Growth Momentum:   You grow back to normal size at an increadibly fast rate. This allows you to make an unarmed attack (punch) vs an opponent within 1 inch  square of you. The opponent must roll for suprise and if succesfull, your attack has a +2 damage bonus. (Ant-man was a user of this technique as I recall)

Ant-Man, Wasp, and I think Clint Barton (as Giantman) used that technique a time or two.

That's a good point. Size is relative. You might want to make this option available to growers as well, as they could perform the same attack against opponents who are much larger than normal humans.

Ah, the Hank Pym and Clint Barton/Goliath reference brings a tear to my eye. Used to love the Avengers esp during the Roy Thomas and Kurt Busiek glory days.

Excellent work on the Sizeshifting Feats though, Agent333.

BTW I've got a existing M+M campaign at the moment thats stalled out. I'd love to reboot it with SC. Its a bit cheeky but, as an exercise, if I posted the PCs concepts would anyone be interested in helping me to stat them out in SC ?? Tell me to get lost if you like.

I was thinking maybe of having Supers either take a Species or a Talent, depending on whether they were born with their powers or acquired them later.

So maybe the following Species:

Alien (eg Superman, Captain Marvel, Martian Manhunter)
Android (eg the Vision)
Aquatic (eg Submariner)
Mythological (eg Thor, Hercules)
Mutant (eg Wolverine)
Psychic (eg Phoenix)
Supernatural (eg Blade, Son of Satan)

And the following Talents:

Pretty well any from SC rulebook esp Brainy.

Could anyone suggest any others ??  Smiley

Test Subject would be good for the likes of Steve Rogers or Reed Richards.

Yes and no. They used Pym Particles, but the way they functioned after their first few appearances it's like saying Spider-Man's radioactive blood is a gadget pick...

Yes sounds perfect for them.

Bit of a work in progress, but here's a few more thoughts on Species:

Alien

You were born on another planet and came to Earth for your own reasons. You may be an exile from a doomed world, an intergalactic warrior or law enforcer or perhaps a scout for some cosmic entity. You do your best to champion your adopted world but sometimes feel strangely apart.

•   +2 INT, - 2 WIS  (1)
•   Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (?)
•   xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. (?)
•   Bonus Feat: Superstrength Basics or Energy Basics (2)

(Eg Superman, Captain Mar-Vel, Martian Manhunter and Silver Surfer)

Amphibian

A member of an aquatic race, you live beneath the ocean but can visit the surface world for short periods of time. You may be a citizen of a sunken lost land like Atlantis or Lemuria.

•   +4 STR , -2 CHA  (3.5)
•   You possess the Aquatic NPC quality.
•   xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. (?)
•   Bonus Feat: Superstrength Basics (2)

(Eg Submariner, Aquaman)

Mythological

You are the immortal child of a legendary being, used to the glory of a mythical realm (eg Asgard or Olympia). Now, you find yourself on Earth, amongst mere mortals, who need your help.

•   +2 STR , -2 INT  (1)
•   xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (?).
•   xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. (?)
•   Bonus Feat: Superstrength Basics (2)

(Eg Thor, Hercules)

NB I've borrowed the Super feats from Turnip666s excellent thread about Supers.

For a gadget pick, I'd go for Captain Americas Shield, Cap Marvels Nega-bands and Batmans Batarang etc.

eventually they ingested enough of the Pym particles to do the changes on their own. Pym even had enough of the particles in his system to start changing the size of objects around him.
