Could the Shadows Rise follow on nicely from the Darkest Hour, they sound like the could be thematically linked?

I just purchased the adventure this morning.  They could be linked together with a little bridging.  I'll send a note  to the Crafty ones to see about a blurb regarding how the adventures could be integrated..not officially of course but for those that want some continuity.
