Fully update adobe 8.1.
Windows Vista Premium 32bits SP2

Hard crash upon trying to view page 3... Can only view pages 1 and 2 normaly.

Foxit works though... I just hate it... I love the pdf though and I'd love it even more if Adobe could work.

We're running Vista locally and always save PDFs with reverse compatibility back to 5 IIRC...could it be a local issue?

Which version of the pdf? Original flavour or v2?

Note that I'll try Adobe 9 soon.

Care to post your mmc records?  (Error ID, Error messages, etc.)

Let me more percise.  MMC records.  Version of OS.  ...possibly version of Macromedia add-ons (that one is a stretch.  If you don't know what I'm looking for, don't sweat it.)

Our apologies for the delayed response on this. Both Alex and I have been at GenCon and both of us came home with the Con Crud.

Drawback - Do you have an update? Can you post the info Koala requested?

Anyone else having this issue?

I'm viewing it on Apple Preview, and it works like a charm, just for the compatibility record.

You might also try using Foxit Reader. I find it's much less resource intensive than Acrobat reader and it loads and scrolls PDFs so much faster than Acrobat ever did.
