Hey, guys.  I compiled a list of every standard skill use I could find to make a quick reference document.  It ended up being 9 pages...  Shocked but I highlighted combat skills in red to make them easier to find, and added a few suggestions for skill uses that didn't have rules for critical success/failure.

One thing I did that may make things easier for GMs and players is put most of the formulas for required time in the skill chart, unless it had a non-formulaic or character-heavy time requirement.  Sorry that I couldn't send as an earlier word format, maybe someone can find a way to reduce the filesize?

Please use this topic to show me how I could possibly condense it without decreasing readability or maybe point out some skill uses that I didn't find!  I hope it helps!  Why am I yelling!? *looks at clock*  Undecided OH!

Also, I'll be updating this when I feel that significant changes have been made, so come re-download if I mention it in my edits. Wink

Edit: 8/23 11:50A Added the Scroll Use(Spellcasting) and Escape Bonds(Prestidigitation) actions.
Edit: 8/23 14:15A Added Disposition to social skills, mortal wounds to medicine and taming to survival.  (Sorry for the double-edit!)
Edit: 8/24 18:44A Added Trip, Grapple, Bull Rush, Disposition and a column specifically for failures.  Since not all failures are explicitly stated, I clearly marked which I had to extrapolate for myself.  Thanks for your support!  OH, now it's longer, too...

Sexy.  Thanks.  I'll show this to my players as an example of "Doing more with less".  I've got a few who don't like the tiny FC skill list.

We've got 3s, Daeds and the Frog Prince.  Man... what more does a community need?! Smiley  Awesome reference list!

Writing this definitely gave me a new perspective on how useful some skills were.  Resolve in particular is so amazing compared to what it was in D&D 3.x, and Survival became almost everything outdoorsman, increasing its appeal.  Find direction is now under knowledge according to the compass item entry, which is making me take a better look at all the neat trinkets.  Smiley

Nice list, but I noticed that grappling is missing from under Athletics. Grappling is surely a viable combat option.

Does anyone want me to add a section for Co-operative, Knowledge or Complex checks?  Knowledge it seems would be worthwhile since it preforms far differently than I, and I expect many others are used to. (locked in 3.x and d20 Modern style of thinking)

Anyone have that file in a different format?

I decided to upload the other possible formats to mediafire since the attachment was too large for the forum:

Word 97-2003 (allows you to edit):
http://www.mediafire.com/?tjgzdgze1mm

PDF (edit possible if you have acrobat):
http://www.mediafire.com/?3zhmnngjzyu

Rich Text format (Also for edits, I think it'll work on most 3rd party apps):

As usual with these things, we'd love to host this if you're amenable, Daedalus. Let us know.

Be my guess, fine sirs.  I think there are a few hiccups still in the file, concerning my houserule suggestions and I think I accidentally had CHA as the modifier for Intimidate, but otherwise I think it's decent enough to host.

It's live on our Downloads page. If you update the file, send it along to me and we'll replace the existing version.
