First I want to apologize, it seems like I been questioning a lot of the results. I'm not trying to be a rules lawyer and I don't want to come off that way. But - A couple of more questions
The game thread wasn't the right venue, so I'll answer here.
1. Is the Goblin based off either of the 2 goblin stat blocks in use. IF so they are small critters unless the rider ate a lot of his wheaties

which means that I would have received a +4 size bonus on my trip check making it a tie. I also have a +3 to my acrobatics roll to resist the trip as well. It looks like the roll is backwards here
You're missing the mounted combat rules.
My base would be d20+ 4 for size advantage +3 for skilll and +1 to this skill roll for dramatic scene bonus from being an Adept...
No, it's d20+3+1 because you don't have a size advantage.
Or did i miss the actual result of the d20 roll in the following?
Trip: d20+1 vs d20+3+1 = 15 vs 11 = Success. Phelan is sprawled and takes 7 points lethal. DR reduces to 6. No bleed[/b].
which would mean the 6 lethal I took last round didn't hit... unless I missed the actual die roll....or another mechanic....
d20+1 vs d20+3+1 = 14+1 vs 7+4 = 15 vs 11.
Another question is how he is able to do damage and a trip at the same time? It's
probably a class feature at that I am not aware of.
Yes.
