Also consider - A Dwarven Tribesman with Armour Supremacy and Draconic Heritage.  Walking around naked with DR7 - thats Articulated Plate [with Armour Supremacy] - he also can't be coup de grace'd or sneak attacked, even while completely naked and helpless.  Not to be sneered at.

I'm not sure that I'd let Thick Hide count for feats that say "while you wear armour...", although the WFRP grognard inside me is glad to see that Naked Dwarf Syndrome is alive and well.

I personally let them stack because thick hide says "You are considered to be wearing partial armour..." and in my mind armour is armour.  Of course how you run things is entirely your call.  I also let them stack because I'm also a fan of WFRP [and WF itself] and dig Slayers.

I'm curious if the intent was to let them stack?  And to let Thick Hide stack with other things related to wearing armour [like Armour Use]?

When attacking with a skill [Sword Mastery, Bow Supremacy etc] which threat range do I use?  The weapons?

The feats say bonus. In the absence of text saying 'bonus and threat range', I'd go with bonus. Which should clear up all the secondary questions at the same time.

Why would something that says "you are considered to be wearing partial armor" not trigger effects based on wearing armor? With it then in the next sentence clarifying this does not stack with other armors, the only reason for the "you are considered to be wearing partial armor" statment would be to link it to abilities like the armor feats and a Soldier's armor use. (it also has the effect of making it impossible for characters with thick hide to use abilites that are limited to wearing no armor)

Now that you mention it, it DOES seem to imply you just swap bonuses and nothing else, suppose that means someone with Legendary Skill mastery and Sword Supremacy can't use his reroll or activate cheap/free criticals with that trick (unless of course he's got something else granting it).

Thats what I figured, and how I've been playing, but I was curious as to intent.

Indeed, and that was my original interpretation, but one of my players thought differently.

Touché. I probably should have thought to check the precise wording there.

This and Called Shot penalties, which makes it a little confusing in some cases, I get it for the "between the scales" effect, but it seems funny on a dwarf, why, I'll have you know that dwarves have very sensitive legs, have you ever seen a dwarf with shaved legs? Don't answer.

No, but I'm sure pictures could be found. This is the internet.

Hey guys, noob question.  Mage grants circle of power feats 1-9.  Alchemist and Runeknight also grant low level circle of power abilities.  Do these stack or overlap?  Does a Mage10/Alchemist10 wind up with circle of power 5 or circle of power 9?

I think so. I remember reading that they stack, and if you've hit the upper limit when you receive circle of power, you get a spell casting feat or something.

A mage 10/alchemist 10 ends up with circle of power 8.
Roman numeral abilities stack.

Right. These are called Legacy Abilities, they stack, and are described on Pg 29, left column, second paragraph from the bottom.

(And Morganti's right, it's Circle of Power Cool

I'm thinking you might aim for the sternum, eyes, armpit, etc. but I like your idea, too. Smiley
