I've found in the past that breadth of stock-wise, it's hard to beat what Helsinki already has on offer. The exchange rates might make it worthwhile, though, unlike the last time I was in London.

While you're there, visit the Trocadero Centre. You'll love it.

Stay away from Brixton unless you're going to a gig, and if you are, get a taxi. Don't walk.

Birmingham is better than both. Waylands Forge is my FLGS, and the city is the most cosmopolitan in the country. Everything here is is 2/3s the price of stuff in London, and it's bigger and cleaner than Manchester.

They want 2nd city status? They can fight us for it. Bloody northerners.  Grin
