Apparently Visa had a glitch a recently.

Several people using prepaid cards were over charged for common purchases. Fuel, dinner, cigarettes, etc.

To the tune of $23,148,855,308,184,500.

That's more then 2000% the US National debt.

I think someone critically failed the programing check to make a rounding error theft worm.

Speaking of raising capital, a local sportsman has set up a brothel to raise funds so he can attend the 2012 Olympics in London.
