Some time ago i have found this picture:
http://xiaoclement.cgsociety.org/gallery/657172

It could be a great superspy movie poster (well, not necessarly a bond movie but the pic seems to scream for it).
All you have to do is to find a title and a synopsis that match the pic.  Wink

good luck

That is a nice picture.

I'm thinking China (maybe Nine Tiger Dynasty), subs and a plot to take over Taiwan and/or Spartleys.
With a trashing of US and maybe Vietnam to thrown in the mix.

Plot: The Hebi Uji (The Yakuza Black Serpent Society) has mobilized and only an elite team of agents can actually bring them down before they bring Japan down.

Yes... it's over elaborate, but it gives several options as to how the players and the GM can begin and move the story.

Title: Manipulation of the Dragon

Plot: The Chinese military is funneling money from the Triad to pay for better equipment from a private military contractor operating for the US in the Middle East. The military provides protection to the Triad from the local government and police. At the same time, the Triad provides the military a great deal of logistics to keep things off the radar of international inspectors. Some of the equipment being purchased are electronics to outfit a defunct Soviet aircraft carrier to be used by the Chinese air force — which could change the balance of power in the Pacific Rim and challenge both Japan and India for air supremacy. The aircraft carrier was purchased by a Chinese businessman to turn it into floating casino for tourism. The same businessman has ties to both the military and the Triad.

Note: The title comes from Sun Tuz: "Hence the use of spies, of whom there are five classes: (1) Local spies; (2) inward spies; (3) converted spies; (4) doomed spies; (5) surviving spies. When these five kinds of spy are all at work, none can discover the secret system.  This is called 'divine manipulation of the threads.'  It is the sovereign's most precious faculty."

I just want to say that I love these ideas.  I know this won't mean much, but I would like to strongly encourage you guys to actually write these missions; I would happily run them for my group.

I could do mine but I would have 2 issues: not offending Japan in doing so and convincing Big Softy Scott to contribute since he has been there and knows loads more than me.
