Ah yes, I remember now. We discovered that loophole while building the rules oh so many years ago. It's one of many reasons we didn't try to split Primary and Secondary Onset times. So no, according to the rules, this wouldn't be doable, especially since paralyzed
essentially means dead.
That said, if your GM were to allow it, I'd probably recommend that that Secondary changes have only half the effect (in this case reducing the DC by only 40 and the error range by 8 ).
