Either way, free breakfast!

Seriously, I missed breakfast this morning, and that is just making me hungrier.

It's like a bizarre theological commentary all ... wrapped up ... in pork product.

Neat read.  The link at the bottom (link) has the original posting, mercifully without that horrific background.

2 Day Recess: Save the Date – January 14th & 15th
Ok, so it's a bit late.  I just found out about this today.  Is anyone thinking about going?

There is a sad lack of Crafty-ness, but I'm going to sign up for the next one.

Best. Generator. Ever.

You might need a minute to process what you're seeing, but it's a thing of beauty. Handouts ahoy!

I so wish I was still in school so I could hand my idiot English Lit professor one of those for our weekly 'Tell me how my interpretation of everything is brilliant" essay.

This was the same loon that maintained, despite all primary, secondary, and tertiary evidence to the contrary the Vonnegut was not a science fiction writer because doing so would invalidate his belief that 'genre' (meaning anything other then post-modern literary fiction) was a worthless waste of pulp and ink.

This just makes me want to remove postmodernists from the genepool for the sake of future humanity.

Now, now.

There's nothing wrong with post-modernists.

As long as they're architects, where the term actually means something.

Beyond that a lot of postmodernism is quite interesting and thought provoking, but it's too often used as an excuse for crap.
