Brussels Sprouts are delicious.

Brussels sprouts offend all my senses, and liver is pretty gross too.

I'm down with some liver once in a great while--like every ten years or so. About the same as I can do a pizza with anchovies on it.

Well, if we want to discuss that, I have eaten and enjoyed Brunswick stew.

Not to mention the liverwurst and scrapple in my fridge.

Mmm... Scrapple. "The all-natural pork beverage drink."

I had a roommate who used to collect weird and disturbing foodstuffs. Even he wouldn't bring scrapple into the house.

Rattlesnake. Tastes like chicken. No, really - it tastes just like chicken, a sad disappointment when you are ten years old and eating RATTLESNAKE! Tongue

The Auld Grump, escargot is the only food that I have never been able to bring myself to eat - I winkled it out of its shell, dunked it in butter, and then my brain said 'that's a slug!' and a wall of Plexiglass just appeared right in front of the fork....

I've told my kids that we're not poor, because we can afford to not eat the heart, liver and brains of animals.  Wink

McDonalds. <turns slightly green; raises hand>

See, now there's my line. I love sprouts and liver but I absolutely will NOT eat McDonalds. ::spit::

I also don't eat the "livelier" things folks put in burritos and tacos 'round these parts: brain, tripe, eyes... Yeah, no.

To get back on topic of things we're ashamed of and off the disgusting foods topic: I unsuccessfully tried to convince my group to play a Shadowrun-like game using the Spycraft rules. Instead, I got myself into running a Shadowrun game.
Also, despite having tried it and deciding it sucked, I'm in a weekly 4th Ed D&D game again.
