I know the ranged BAB goes for firearms and what not.  If I use a standalone grenade launcher that requires the DEX/INT proficiencies for Tactical/Indirect usage, do you also add in the ranged BAB Bonus to these DEX/INT stats?

Example
Dex is +1
Int is +3
BAB ranged is +2

So fireing grenade launcher would be +3/+5 Tactical/Indirect?

If I remember right, you would use your BAB plus dex when firing it with the tactical proficiency.   And use your BAB plus int if you are firing it with indirect fire (which I think only factors in when you are shooting at something you cannot see directly, or is outside a certain range increment.)  Grenades also are subject to hang time at that point I believe....

If your question is just "Does BAB apply in either case?" then the answer is yes.
