The old file will be replaced wholesale and anyone who has already bought it will be able to use their remaining downloads to get a fresh copy at no cost.

Just as I suspected, but someone had to ask.  Wink

[my emphasis]

Even better, Drive-Thru typically resets the download counter when a new version of the file is released.

Is the new channeler cover already added to the pdf? I'll spend one of my downloads at drivethrurpg to get that cover. Excellent reworking.

No. That's why it's in the In Development page and not in our regular catalog (note that we moved it when we put the new cover and ad copy in place).

Anticipating the next question, it's appearance on the In Development page means that it's coming... shortly. As with most of our products, we don't schedule specific release dates until they're upon us because, in practice, we get it out as soon as it's done, and that time is somewhat variable.

Hope that helps, and thanks for the kudos! Smiley

Picked up the revised edition tonight. Smiley

Incidentally, the callout for Gadgets reminds me of Niven's Corollary to Clarke's Third Law - Any sufficiently advanced magic is indistinguishable from technology. Smiley (Which is one of the things that I very much like about the Eberron setting....)

That's exactly the sort of mindset we're trying to promote. The tools between genres and settings are very similar and can support and enhance each other with the right approach. Smiley
