It's been a week with no updates or anything.  Is everything still coming along or are people finished with this?  If you want me to go ahead and continue to work on this with finishing up characters, and the like let me know and I'll get right on it.

If you are still working on it, keep us posted on updates and such, so we can keep this ball rolling.  Thanks!

Will probably start working on a pointman tonight unless someone's already got one in the works (if so, please post what you have so far)

Is that why everyone's been gone?... ahh makes more sense now.  Well anyways, if someone has a Pointman, then I don't have to make one so yay for me.  Can't wait to see it.

I'm hoping that everyone hasn't just given up on the project right before we got done with it.  I'm looking forward to seeing them all finished and in one place so we can get to the nitty gritty work of editing and making sure they are all functional together and all that jazz.

Plus, I know the crafty bunch will be glad to see this project wrapped so they can put it to good use.

Sounds like you should claim one ahead of finishing it. Is that doable, gaghiel?

Fallout 3 is r0xz0ring my pants right off.  Nothing quite like sneaking over, hitting the door open button and taking dude's head off with one shot.  The VATS system is nice.

And for the iconics, I think having a couple of each class wouldn't be a bad thing.

That's definitely doable.  I may have finished a bunch of them, but I've been just making them to have them done.  I hadn't heard anyone brewing one up, and so I just hammered away at them.  If you have something, even if its just a set of stats and origins and a concept (kinda like the Bruce Wayne we have going so far) toss it out here and we can work on it.  Just cause I have some 'finished' doesn't make them necessarily the best for the job.  The whole idea of working as a team means we can cut and splice whatever we need to, to make a character that's fun for everyone to use.

The whole keep us posted on updates bit is for the people who have partial builds already up here and have yet to get them all cleaned up and finalized so they can be transferred to the other thread.  I've kinda taken the helm on this one because nobody else seemed to be jumping on it.  So, I kinda feel like its my responsibility to see that it gets finished too.  (I also happen to have a lot of free time at my current job, so I can sit around and play with the PDF files...)

By no means is this a "Only Charlie (that's me) can play here" thread. I just wanna keep us going and not have it fall to the wayside.  Also, only my cousin/roommate has thrown much in the way of criticism at the toons I have up (and that was cause I told him to).  So, if you have a better idea than something I've done, lay it on me.  I'm very open for constructive criticism.  Plus, I'll be the first to admit that I haven't had a chance to actually play like half the classes yet, so I'm by no means an expert on utility.

Plus, even if someone claims one, and you wanna post up another, I think that having a few of each at least to compare and contrast between (so we can pick the best one to put in with the Iconics) is a great thing.  So, post away, lets see what you got.  Just be sure to follow the formatting/rules that pat has given us as best you can.

I keep meanign to go back and finish up the Advocare I posted, but there always seems to be something else that needs doing.  It isn't far from finished and mainly just needs gear and maybe swap out the feats to some more newbie friendly ones.  If anyone wants to finish it up that is fine with me.  It may be a bit before I can really go back to it.

Looks like you've already been going crazy with the formatting and all that good stuff. Smiley  I think it'd be best if you finished up the flavor text of the character again before we get to the nitty gritty gear section.  Although, once you have that all posted up, I'd be more than happy to help with possessions and the like.

Oh, and Pat, when you get time, could you take a peek at the finished iconics and how we've been sorting the gear based on mission type/caliber/etc and see if that will work the best for your purposes?  If we need to do any changes to the layout/gear selection process, it'd be easier to change it now, then it would once everything is already finished I think, since the people still working on them have time to alter the process.

Also, if there is an easier way to do skills (I've seen number box blocks and other craziness) then just listing them like I have been, let me know.  Getting all those sorted out will probably be not as much a nightmare as I worry they will be, but I'm all about making your guys' lives easier so that I can get my Fantasy Craft all the sooner Smiley

Just another poke to see how people are coming on this front.  Send me a PM or something if you are needing help or don't have time to work on things, and I'll see what I can do to help you along.

We'll get it done yet.

Character Description

Erin "Peregrine" Perry, is an intense-looking young woman. She is of medium height and athletic build, with short brown hair (when it's not stained with engine oil).

She keeps her background to herself, but it is known that she came from a low-middle class family.  In her childhood she was always a tomboy, choosing athletics and mechanics over dancing and dating.  Her community collage education was augmented with training from her crazy uncle (a Vietnam Veteran).  She was recruited to the Agency initially as a normal driver, but it was apparent that she had more talent, so she has been re-trained and upgraded to active service.

Her clothing varies. At default, her clothes are all worn, occasionally ripped and irrevocably stained with engine oil and grease. About half of her clothes are cheap jeans/t-shirts/overalls but the other half are normal clothes that have been worked in until they are out of place anywhere but a garage. When on important work, Erin will buy new clothes and accessories to make herself presentable and not instantly out of place.

In Agency actions, Erin naturally acts as the lead driver, possessing great skill in that area. She is also a decent combatant and her thrill-seeking nature puts her near the front of firefights.

When not working for the Agency she works on her vehicle(s), works as a mechanic-for-hire or goes driving/racing.
