Good call on the spoiler tags, Morgenstern. Thanks for the edit.

Oh, and I have changed #6.

They are a handy tool Grin. That was quite the march through the puzzle. I knew it could be done, but that was both swift and sure. Your new 6. is correct.

It apparently took its toll. I have seen the spoiler tags used numerous times, even mentioned "spoil" in my initial post; I just didn't look at 2+2 and get the square root of 16.

And fits the set of "Basic Skill Feat" specialties

30. Legend Keeper? Out of order stupid. [headdesk]

EDIT: By my calculations, #22 and #33 are the last 'basic skill" specialties.

Miner.  The only thing that's keeping me from agreeing is that we already saw Prospector in OotS: Classic Fantasy.  Not quite the same though.  It would also mean #9 joins the skill feat list, getting the equivalent of Speed Demon.

Happiness!

I feel this to be as suitable a time to unlurkify myself as any. There are a few about which I am less than confident and 33 which has me fairly stumped. Hope I didn't spoil the fun!

It could be a character below the age of 18. Tongue

It's Miner, a pretty solid combo for dwarves and orc and other heroes with a lot of underground time. Its diferent from prospector in that it is more clearly a fantasy guy with a pic, whereas I'll want prospector to be more representative of a person who explorers newterritory looking for mineral resources (and built to work just fine in both Fantasy Craft and Farthest Star).

Mister Andersen nailed 30 and 33, completing the puzzle.

With 36 species/talents and 36 specialties, Fantasy Craft will launch with just shy of 1300 Origins Smiley.

Wow, Eärendle you astound me, very good job on your analyze check. Further I think Morgenstern has outdone himself as I feel that some of those origins are quite evocative and sound very cool even as just a one word description.

So, who wants to guess the feats each specialty gets?

Meh, after it's out I will need to create several new origins for my game.
At least it will be a creative exercise.

*chuckle* Ooo. Tough crowd Wink. I don't think we (or any other game) can reasonably expected to hit every concept possible. The goal here is to have a really solid base for most settings - enough so the "several" more to do a particular setting doesn't sound unreasonable to anyone.

So, what'cha got in mind?
