That makes me sad.  CoH/CoV were some of my favorite times in an mmo with non local friends.

Well, so goes the Supergroup The Archer Conspiracy and it's lead operative Agent Leopard, the Assault Rifle & Energy Manipulation Blaster.

Of course, now that I have a decent computer again, I'm thinking of changing my preordrer from xbox to PC.

What's the breakdown for people here looking like?

Preordered but not paid off yet. An errand for the weekend.

XCOM on the PC, I've already pre-ordered the special edition (not really anything I wanted in the special edition, but Firaxis deserves a couple more bucks for bringing back X-COM).

I preordered for PC through Amazon.  Still thinking about changing the pre-order to Steam, but sloth and the patch will probably keep me with Amazon.

I generally try to restrict games to my X-Box and leave my computer for work (though I make exceptions for stuff like The Walking Dead season pass promotion and MMOs when I'm occasionally dragged back in - I'm back on the wagon for now though, and hoping to stay there for a while).

So XCOM will definitely be a console purchase for me. I was going to preorder both it and Dishonored as the incentives seem pretty cool but I'll be out of town the week of release and with GameStop's draconian pickup policies they'd only wind up selling my copies to someone else and then giving me my money back (this is what happened with Tron: Evolution).

So I guess I'll just pick them up when I get back from Archon.

I'm going with Xbox for both XCOM and Borderlands 2 (easier install,I can use my TV, and I don't have to dualboot) - Dishonored as well, if I can afford it (otherwise a little after release).  I'm minding my Niece & Nephew while they're on holidays though, so won't get to play much BL2 for a couple weeks (if any) - my sister is against her kids playing games with realistic violence against humans, which is fair.

It's a shame you can't get someone to pick them up for you. Sad

I may yet. Still debating.

Maybe the new one will. I switched stores when I lost Tron Evolution to this. The new store seems better. Perhaps I'll ask.
