The Walking Dead - 400MS  points per episode, 5 eps planned (also available for PC and PSN - not sure of pricing, but around $4USD).  I'm a huge fan of cell shaded graphics and The Walking Dead (comics and TV series), so I'm looking forward to a gameplay clip to see how it plays.  First EP available April.

Hopefully there will be more about the game online or in the Marketplace by the time it's ready for release. The trailer's pretty, doesn't really show off much of what the game play experience is like.

If not - at 400pts I can justify buying it on a whim and just telling everyone what it's like and how it plays.

And now for some news that can only be described as "About. Fucking. Time." - Australia will get an R18 rating by 2013.  Shit's official.  It starts in Canberra this week as a pilot program, though I'm not sure why it wasn't rolled out nationally all at once - the tiny potential market that Canberra represents means that many publishes won't bother with R18 titles until it goes national.

Still, at least we will get to finally join adult society - instead of all being considered children because we play games.

EDIT: Sorry for the language, hope I didn't offend anyone.

Just put a giant green screen and have "Pegi 18" in front of your comment.  Works in Europe!

For those who like Firaxis and XCOM: An interview with Jake Solomon about Enemy Unknown. (He's the lead designer)

In unrelated news: There is going to be a Mistborn action RPG, called Mistborn: Birthright.  It's not due til late 2013 but if it's good it'll be the first time we haven't had to do any work to adapt a good videogame to the tabletop. Brandon's blog announcement and Official game website.

Good Game's review of ME3

GG is the gamer show put out by our public broadcaster. Noticeably the review doesn't mention the ending.

Interview with Associate Project Manager of Mass Effect 3, Robyn Theberge.

Shadowrun's sweet fluff with none of the horrid tabletop crunch?  I am intrigued.

The Kickstarter for Shadowrun Returns.

I wish I had 10,000$ to pledge to that.
