Forum Question for PbP games

Looking to participate in (or GC) a forum game.  Any special rules I need to be aware of?

Other then the general forum rules of trying to be polite and inoffensive I don't think their are any rules as such.

As far as game rules I think you just suggest the type of rules and story you want to run with and see who else is interested.  As long as you and your potential co-players are pretty clear about what you are after it should all be good.

Some good things to suggest to get the ball roling are:
1) Starting level
2) Potential Campaign Qualities and House Rules
3) Setting/Mission overview and feel
4) Approximation of posting frequencies for players and GC
5) Estimated duration (roughly how many scenes, encounters or weeks of play time)
